Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow MOM Manual guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair promptly.
• Promote professional relations with residents and staff.
• Complete make-readies efficiently and report status to supervisors.
• Handle on-call emergencies and communicate timing to residents.
• Inspect property exterior and maintain grounds per standards.
• Ensure inventory and shop area are organized.
• Maintain records and assist with safety training.
• Operate tools and equipment safely; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with energy settings for vacant units.
• Participate in safety and MOM manual compliance.
• Attend resident events unless excused by management.
• Pass required maintenance courses by deadlines.
