Job summary

Adara Communities in Brandon, FL is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician to perform apartment maintenance, assist with service requests, make-readies, and upgrades, and help keep a safe, well‑functioning community. The role requires at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, a valid HVAC license, strong knowledge of plumbing/electrical, and a willingness to be on-call.

You’ll bring your own tools and deliver excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid HVAC license required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool repair.
• Work with Lead Maintenance Technician on projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.
