Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain safe, functional, and well-kept apartment communities in Chandler, AZ. You will work with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Requirements include at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, EPA Type II or Universal Certification, and own tools. On-call availability and a valid driver's license are required; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred or as required by property.
• Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• On-call availability for after-hours maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the community in coordination with Lead Technician and Property Manager.
• Step in and lead maintenance tasks when the Lead is unavailable.
