• 2+ years of related experience in property maintenance.
• Apartment community experience required.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Make ready apartments within 3–5 days of vacancy and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with on-call emergencies, nights, and weekends as required.
• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance shop and supplies.
