You will perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards, respond quickly to resident requests, and handle make-readies for move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Apartment community experience required.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and resolve work orders promptly.
• Perform make-readies to ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and manage inventory of parts.
• Assist with safety, preventive maintenance, and input work orders in systems.
• May drive a company vehicle and support property appearance and curb appeal.
