• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Apartment community maintenance is preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle on‑call emergency maintenance and quick response to service requests.
• Complete make‑readies to prepare vacant units for move‑in.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Document work orders, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready status.
