Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks at an assigned apartment community. You will focus on resident service, safety, and maintaining the property to uphold its value and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II preferred, and willingness to work a rotating/on-call schedule. Must reside within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in apartment industry.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and pool maintenance.
• Support move-in/move-out process and maintenance/repair events.
