Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry).
• Inspections of common areas, fixtures, and systems to ensure safety and quality.
• Complete work orders promptly and maintain clean, organized maintenance spaces.
