Job summary

Affinity Property Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Fernwood Court in Oregon City.

You will lead day-to-day maintenance operations, oversee a region-based on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. The role requires 2+ years in multi-family maintenance, valid US work authorization, your own hand tools, and a commitment to exceptional resident service while managing vendor relationships and keeping communities well

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including groundskeeping, painting, appliance repair, minor electrical/plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, obtaining bids from vendors, ordering inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled inspections of common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours of submission to community members' satisfaction.
• Be on-call for after-hour maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
• Organize and maintain an orderly maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Sustain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
