Job summary

Affinity Property Management, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Fernwood Court Apartments in Oregon City, OR. This full‑time, non‑exempt role is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with rotating after‑hours on‑call.

You will supervise general maintenance, complete work orders, perform electrical/plumbing/repair tasks, and ensure safety and codes, while coordinating with the Property Manager. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a monthly phone allowance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance
• Possess your own hand tools
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including groundskeeping, snow removal, painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, minor plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, vendor bids, inventory
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, integrity, customer service, multi-tasking, conflict resolution, cost/benefit decisions, and professional development
• Approximately 90% inspecting property grounds; 10% in office environment; frequent lifting 20-50 pounds
• May be required to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24 hours of submission
• Promote community cleanliness and curb appeal
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as necessary
• Interact with community members professionally
• Sustain inventory of tools and materials
• On-call for after-hour maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule
• Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• Maintenance of pool/spa (if applicable)
• Ensure high quality work by vendors and safe operations
• Assist with turnover and resident experience
