Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Oregon City to lead on-site property maintenance at Fernwood Court. You will manage general repairs, supplier coordination, and on-call emergencies on a rotating schedule, ensuring safety and Tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family maintenance, own tools, and strong teamwork. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools for maintenance tasks.
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including groundskeeping, painting, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC, and vendor bidding.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks across the property, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Inspect building systems and fixtures and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Complete work orders and ensure resident satisfaction within timeframes.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on turnover and resident requests.
