Job summary

Navy Lodge at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, WA seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to support NHG operations and guest services for military patrons and their families. The role focuses on lobby presentation, reservations, check-in/out, and ensuring a welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

Two years of administrative experience and at least one year in supervisory/front-of-house roles are required. This is a full-time, on-site position with federal background checks and benefits from day

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative, professional, investigative or other responsible work.
• One year of responsible experience in administrative supervisory professional or technical work that demonstrated knowledge of Navy Lodge front of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for NHG front desk operations to include lobby appearance, guest service, office operations, etc.
• Assists guests in person, by telephone, email, etc. to secure room reservations and payments, check-in/check-out, patron verification, room assignments, credit card processing, and express check-out.
• Trains associates on NHG systems, SOPs and standards.
• Acts as Manager on Duty to maintain continuity in absence of General Manager.
