Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
• May be bilingual in English and Spanish per contract requirements.
• Certifications AFC, CFP, or ChFC are required or preferred.
• Must pass OCI and obtain a Tier 2 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families.
• Develop and deliver financial education materials and workshops.
• Coordinate with installation leadership and POC to ensure program scope.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling, briefings, and referrals as needed.
• Utilize virtual counseling platforms when required by the program.
