Job summary

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, TX is seeking a customer-focused specialist to support Community Recreation programs and activities.

In this role you will process payments, manage storage programs, maintain inventories, assist with events, and help ensure smooth facility operations while promoting on-base Morale, Welfare & Recreation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or recreation-related activities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of computers, office procedures and basic print production.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information for Community Recreation programs and activities.
• Process payments for storage programs and complete related paperwork.
• Track delinquent patrons and manage inventories on a biweekly cycle.
• Ability to drive a government vehicle as needed.
• Assist in day-to-day administration and support outreach for MWR events.
• Ensure proper check-out and reservation procedures for equipment and spaces.
