Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking an OMS Business Lead for Houston, TX (or Owensboro, KY). This role owns the Operational Management System (OMS) and MAXIMO, coordinating enhancements, training, and data integration with WorkHub and GIS.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop specifications, manage UAT, and create Power BI reports to present OMS/Maximo data. Occasional travel around 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• OMS/Maximo Asset Management experience including Work Management, PM, and asset/location management.
• Ability to understand system integration concepts (WorkHub, GIS).
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train and present.
• Experience coordinating software upgrades and enhancements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and bug fixes.
• Work with users to determine needs; develop specifications (workplan, logic, etc.).
• Develop test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with IT throughout the process.
• Develop and lead OMS/Maximo training activities; create materials.
• Mentor users; lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.
• Load new and updated data into OMS/Maximo; use Production Data Modification as needed.
• WorkHub integration: link OMS/Maximo to WorkHub forms and processes.
• GIS integration: link OMS/Maximo data to PODS data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives; troubleshoot issues.
• Develop PowerBI reports as needed to present OMS/Maximo data.
