Job summary

Plains All American is seeking a Maximo Business System Owner to lead end-user management, data management, and system configuration within the Maximo EAM platform. You will serve as the primary liaison among Operations, Commercial (Trucking), and IS, ensuring business requirements are captured and solutions adopted effectively.

The role requires deep Maximo knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach to testing, training, and process improvement in an office setting based

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree in STEM or related discipline.
• At least five years in technical analysis, maintenance/reliability, or engineering.
• Experience managing end users, data, and system configurations for EAM platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and IS to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Define multi-year roadmap for Maximo enhancements and data management.
• Oversee testing, training materials, and end-user support for system changes.
• Debottleneck application support and accelerate backlog resolution.
