Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking an OMS Business Lead for the Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY location. You will own and be the subject matter expert for Boardwalk’s OMS/Maximo, guiding enhancements, writing specifications, leading UAT, loading data, and coordinating with IT to deliver reliable asset and work management.

The role requires mentoring users, leading cross‑functional meetings, linking OMS data to PODS and GIS, and developing Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Work Management and PM programs.
• Ability to develop specifications and test plans.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with IT.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and fixes.
• Develop training and mentor users.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.
• Load new/updated OMS/Maximo data; create and use PDMs.
• Link OMS/Maximo Work Orders to WorkHub forms; GIS integration.
• Develop Power BI reports for OMS/Maximo data.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage Help Desk tickets.
