You will lead project execution across construction, modernization, maintenance, repair, and service operations, while coaching a team and building key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in project management, construction, service operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex customer projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project execution, service operations, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Project Lead and primary Otis representative for a large project in Houston.
• Maintain a daily onsite presence to build customer relationships, support execution, and ensure responsiveness to customer needs.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for all Project activities, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project execution across construction, modernization, maintenance, repair, and service operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, providing clear performance expectations and accountability to achieve project, operational, and customer objectives.
