Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking an OMS/Maximo Lead to prioritize enhancements, coordinate with IT, and develop training materials for a wide user base in Houston (TX) or Owensboro (KY). You will drive data integration with WorkHub and GIS, build Power BI reports, and lead cross-functional sessions to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with OMS/Maximo Asset Management including Work Management, PMs, Asset and Location management.
• Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate upgrades/deployments.
• Experience delivering trainings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and bug fixes.
• Work with users to determine needs and develop specifications.
• Develop test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with IT during the process.
• Develop and lead OMS/Maximo training activities.
• Create and present training material for OMS/Maximo users.
• Deliver monthly and ad-hoc training for Managers, Admins, Technicians.
• Mentor users and lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.
• Load data into OMS/Maximo and manage Production Data Modifications (PDM).
• Link OMS/Maximo with WorkHub forms/processes and GIS PODS data.
• Develop PowerBI reports to present OMS/Maximo data.
• Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot Help Desk tickets.
• Travel up to 15%.
