Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Maximo Lead in Houston, TX to supervise maintenance teams and lead the enhancement of the CMMS system. You will coordinate field supervision with system improvements, ensuring accurate asset tracking and optimized work order workflows.

Qualifications

3+ years supervising maintenance teams
5+ years hands-on experience with IBM Maximo
Strong leadership, communication and training abilities
High School Diploma/GED required; technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead data development and optimization of CMMS assets, locations, and inventories.
Direct daily maintenance technician activities and oversee Maximo work orders.
Develop and deliver Maximo training modules for staff to ensure proper data entry and usage.
Define KPIs and use data insights to guide preventive maintenance strategies.
Establish standardized data entry protocols across maintenance operations
