Job summary

Metrohm USA in Riverview, FL is seeking a Software Product Specialist, Titration to serve as a technical expert for OMNIS Client/Server software and guide customers through consultations, installations, and training.

The role focuses on software validation, deployments, and ongoing support, with travel up to 35% across North America and collaboration with IT teams, product managers, and service engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Experience supporting laboratory software systems, laboratory instrumentation software, or laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Working knowledge of software validation and regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with laboratory networks, software deployments, or enterprise applications.
• Strong customer-facing experience with technical troubleshooting and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide software consultation and implementation for OMNIS C/S.
• Lead installation, configuration, validation, and implementation of OMNIS C/S.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams for deployment within laboratory and enterprise networks.
• Deliver customer onboarding and training programs.
• Provide post-installation support for software, instrumentation, networking, database, and workflows.
• Support Field Service Engineers in customer networks.
• Document best practices and training materials.
