Job summary

Metrohm USA, Inc. in Riverview, Florida is seeking a Junior Service Specialist to join our Service Center team. This role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of Metrohm analytical instruments, working alongside experienced technicians.

You will gain hands-on bench repair experience, perform problem-solving, and provide clear customer support while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Minimum one year of technical repair or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory instrumentation at the component level.
• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other channels; support field service as needed.
• Manage repair workflow and coordinate parts requirements and repair planning.
• Assist with warranty processing, RMAs, and replacement activities.
• Follow quality, safety, and company policies to protect assets and ensure compliance.
