Job summary

FOX10 Phoenix is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue through omnichannel campaigns, blending traditional TV with OTT and digital platforms. You will focus on bringing new video advertisers to Phoenix’s leading local television station and collaborate with internal teams to tailor compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with 1–3 years of sales experience and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• College degree (or equivalent work experience) and 1–3 years of sales experience are required.
• Experience in Digital Video Advertising, Broadcast Sales, or agency experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and account management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline for new video advertisers not previously using TV or premium streaming.
• Design and present omnichannel campaigns integrating linear broadcast, OTT and digital platforms.
• Source new opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound leads.
• Maintain field presence to develop relationships and conduct needs-analysis meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations showcasing our full video portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive media landscape and OTT platforms.
• Manage client advertising initiatives and provide post-campaign insights to optimize ROI.
