Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Director/VP of Omnichannel Strategy to lead integrated omnichannel initiatives across media, engagement, data, and technology within healthcare. You will shape strategies, guide client outcomes, and drive measurable improvements across PESO channels.

You will partner with Analytics & Insights to define metrics, mentor teams, and help grow Real Chemistry’s omnichannel capabilities while aligning with client objectives and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy or related disciplines in healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel strategy development, planning, execution, and optimization.
• Partner with analytics to establish measurement frameworks and drive improvements.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated omnichannel solutions.
