BGBx is a premier independent partner for pharma and life sciences, seeking a VP of Engagement Strategy to turn brand strategy into connected omnichannel engagement. You will lead teams from insight to activation, shaping content, CRM, and digital interactions across the customer journey to drive impact.

The role requires 10+ years in engagement and omnichannel strategy, with deep pharmaceutical experience, and a proven track record of leading strategic work with senior clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across engagement and omnichannel strategy.
• Significant pharmaceutical or life sciences experience, preferably in agency or consulting.
• Lead complex engagement strategy from insight through activation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HCP and patient journeys and related channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel, audience-centered strategies across HCP, patient, payer, and other audiences.
• Translate brand and business strategy into connected journeys and activation roadmaps.
• Define how content, media, CRM, and digital interactions work together to drive actions.
• Turn research, segmentation, and data into actionable audience insights and decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior clients and lead workshops.
