Faherty is seeking a store leader to drive excellence across sales, guest experience, visuals and operations. You will lead a team, manage client outreach, and coordinate events while maintaining brand standards and data accuracy.

This role requires multi-year leadership in hi-growth retail, strong communication, and tech savviness with Google Suites and MS Office. A customer-centric mindset will be essential to foster positive store performance.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and the ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce.
• Adept with technology and apps, including but not limited to Google Suites and MS Office; strong communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store sales, returns and exchanges workflow.
• Manage client outreach and maintain up-to-date client data.
• Plan and execute in-store events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities.
• Maintain visual standards and restock floor based on sell-through.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on monthly supply orders.
• Prepare store and team for monthly assessments; communicate results.
