Qualifications

• Multiple years of leadership experience in hi-growth DTC retail.
• Omnichannel awareness for seamless store and ecommerce customer experience.
• Strong communication across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Google Suites and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and create memorable engagements through storytelling.
• Be the product expert and set standards for team knowledge and personal style.
• Capture customer data and build profiles during each transaction.
• Style and wardrobe customers; maintain relationships with follow-ups.
• Support leadership in coaching and timely feedback.
• Suggest improvements and pursue best-in-class outcomes.
• Facilitate fluid communication, training, and feedback.
• Lead by example, ensure timely follow-through and execution.
• Support and uphold People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.
• Be ready to step in for leadership as needed.
