Adept in Google Workspace and MS Office, you’ll analyze key metrics, coordinate with the team on visual merchandising, and develop others to sustain growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Manage client outreach via personalized communication.
• Maintain up-to-date client information, requests and product feedback.
• Assist in planning and execution of in-store events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Utilize business tools and market insight to drive results.
• Cash management and store operations tasks.
• Coordinate monthly supply orders.
• Prepare store and team for monthly assessments.
• Communicate successes and opportunities to Store Leader.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor and register area.
• Represent and reinforce brand standards through visuals.
• Support floor moves based on seasonal roll-outs.
• Collaborate daily to ensure floor is restocked based on sell-through.
• Motivate and inspire the team and uphold high standards.
• Communicate effectively and build trust.
