The Talbots LLC is seeking a Merchandise Planner to guide omni-channel planning across departments at our Hingham, MA office. You will forecast sales, margins, and inventory with partners, ensuring alignment with leadership and strategic goals.

You will own weekly OTB re-forecasts, analyze product mix performance, and identify opportunities to optimize profitability. Strong communication, Excel mastery, and retail planning experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of planning experience including buying and allocation.
• Proficient with planning systems such as JDA, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and omni-channel retail experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Own weekly OTB re-forecasting aligned with company direction.
• Lead pre-season and in-season product mix performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities in product mix and drive profitable solutions.
• Recommend markdown strategies to maximize omni-channel profitability.
