This hybrid role in Deerfield, IL partners with the Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead to design and execute integrated marketing systems that deliver frictionless customer experiences. You will lead omnichannel initiatives, coordinate CX pilot programs, and translate insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior marketing, brand leadership, or commercial ops with omnichannel CX focus.
• Proven success scaling global brands and leading integrated marketing systems.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead.
• Lead development and execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives and CX pilots.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Privacy, Legal, Regulatory, Communications).
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders on omnichannel marketing initiatives (CX).
• Track progress against KPIs using PM platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Maestro).
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
