Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead and manage priorities.
• Lead development and execution of omnichannel initiatives, including CX pilot programs.
• Execute omnichannel marketing priorities and campaigns with global teams and external partners.
• Act as a key contact for internal/external stakeholders on omnichannel initiatives, especially CX.
• Track KPIs and milestones using project management platforms.
• Develop executive communications and updates for senior leadership.
