Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Philadelphia is seeking store teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, proactively assist athletes, and ensure merchandise is processed per programs while upholding merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include omni-channel support such as Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and curbside pickup, plus participating in loss prevention and safety procedures. We foster an inclusive, team-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Assist athletes to support their shopping experience.
• Process merchandise and ensure proper presentation and standards.
• Fulfill omni-channel processes (Ship From Store, BOPIS, Curbside pickup).
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures and safety practices.
• Support the team and follow management instructions.
