Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Seattle is seeking store teammates to help athletes find the right products and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with needs, and maintain store standards across merchandising and operations.

You will support omni-channel fulfillment including SFS, BOPIS, and curbside pickup, while following safety and Loss Prevention procedures. A team-focused, customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively approach athletes to understand needs and support shopping experience.
• Ensure merchandise and products are processed per programs and procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Fulfill customer experience through service level standards.
• Assist in omni fulfillment processes (SFS, BOPIS, curbside).
• Support Loss Prevention procedures for omni-channel processes; participate in daily FedEx Box Counts.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment for teammates and customers.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
