Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a store teammate in Ten Mile, TN to greet customers, understand their needs, and provide support throughout the shopping experience.

You will help process merchandise, maintain presentation standards, and participate in omni-channel fulfillment like Ship From Store, BOPIS, and curbside pickup. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and safety, with duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise and product received at the store is processed per programs and procedures.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Complete all processes according to service level standards including omni fulfillment: Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside pickup.
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in daily FedEx Box Count Audits.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

  completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards.

• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
