Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Director of Omnichannel Fulfillment to define and execute end-to-end fulfillment across stores, DCs, digital channels, and partners. You will align inventory, buying and merchandising with customer delivery options, balancing cost and service.

The role requires deep retail experience in inventory management, planning, and store/fulfillment operations, with a proven track record in enterprise transformation and leadership of senior teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within a large scale retail organization.
• Experience managing both stores and direct-to-consumer/eCommerce is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operating model and connections between product, inventory, stores, digital commerce, and fulfillment.
• 5+ years leading senior managers or directors and influencing cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Set the omnichannel fulfillment strategy: multiyear vision, roadmap and operating model for ship-from-store, BOPIS, curbside, same-day delivery and more.
• Translate commercial strategies into inventory positioning and fulfillment plans.
• Lead inventory optimization: visibility, location-level availability, safety stock, routing and rebalancing.
• Own business performance: establish goals, governance, and operating rhythms for key metrics.
• Shape technology capabilities: ownership for distributed order management, visibility, and fulfillment tech.
