Job summary

Live Comfortably LLC is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth across omnichannel, marketplace, and digital retail channels. The role focuses on leading growth with Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon, and DTC initiatives.

You will develop account growth plans, manage cross-functional relationships, and optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize ROAS and profitability across major partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in ecommerce/omnichannel or marketplace sales.
• Experience managing major omnichannel and marketplace accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales performance and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage omnichannel and marketplace accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, buyers, category managers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute annual growth plans for distribution, market share, and sales performance.
• Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Support strategic national retail accounts as needed.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital teams.
