Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Commerce to lead eCommerce strategy and delivery for client engagements. You will drive growth across retailers and media partners, lead day-to-day client engagements, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage advanced Excel skills and paid search experience to optimize performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present data-driven recommendations to clients. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in digital commerce or retail media.
• Experience in paid search.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead commerce strategy and execution across retail and media channels.
• Develop eCommerce strategies to drive sales, share, and profit across platforms.
• Lead regular client meetings with performance updates and insights.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure deliverable quality.
