Job summary

Live Comfortably LLC is seeking an eCommerce Account Manager, Omnichannel, to drive profitable sales growth across omnichannel and marketplace partners. You will build retailer relationships, craft growth plans, and manage assortments, pricing, and promotions for utility bedding.

You will lead growth with Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon, and DTC initiatives, collaborating with Marketing and Supply Chain to optimize ROAS and content health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in eCommerce, omnichannel sales, or retailer account management.
• Experience with Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock/Amazon or similar partners.
• Strong analytics to interpret marketplace KPIs and performance.
• Proven success growing sales, profitability, and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of digital merchandising, retail media, and category management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage omnichannel and marketplace accounts to drive growth.
• Build relationships with merchants, buyers, and category managers.
• Develop and execute annual growth plans to expand distribution and share.
• Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Ops teams as needed.
