Job summary

Live Comfortably is seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Manager, Omnichannel in Boca Raton to drive profitable sales growth across omnichannel, marketplace, and eCommerce partners.

You will own accounts with major retailers and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver strong assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate combines strategic selling with data-driven insights to expand distribution and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace or omnichannel sales.
• Experience with major retailers (Wayfair, Home Depot, Target Plus, Overstock, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon).
• Proven success growing sales, profitability, and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, marketplace operations, retail media.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned omnichannel and marketplace accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, buyers, category managers, and key customer stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account growth plans that expand distribution, market share, and sales performance.
• Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to enhance account productivity and profitability.
• Support strategic national retail accounts as needed.
• Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
