Job summary

Aquent Talent partners with a leading international consumer goods company to expand its online revenue and digital footprint across top e-commerce platforms. You will lead omni-channel growth, mentor the E-Commerce Manager, manage budgets, partner with Marketing and Sales, and define KPIs to drive consumer engagement and market penetration.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital brand management.
• Proven success scaling revenue on Amazon and other retail channels.
• Experience managing agency partners and holding them accountable for results.
• Expertise in making product pages AI-ready using SEO and AEO.
• Experience with dashboards and tracking ROAS, TACOS, and conversion rates.
• Experience leading direct reports and budgeting with Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer and execute omni-channel growth strategies on Amazon and Walmart Connect.
• Provide leadership for external agency partners with clear metrics.
• Direct specialized agencies in content optimization for SEO and AEO.
• Develop analytics dashboards and KPIs for traffic and revenue to senior leadership.
• Strategically manage e-commerce budgets across growth channels.
• Lead and mentor an E-Commerce Manager and plan future team growth.
