Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Prior dispatch, restoration, outbound scheduling, or insurance claim experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and omnichannel platforms (telephony, email, chat) is required.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel intake and emergency dispatch for residential, commercial, and carrier accounts.
• Process and document new job requests via phone, email, SMS, or chat.
• Coordinate with field teams and escalate urgent dispatches promptly.
• Outbound calls to gather missing information and schedule initial assessments.
• Support ongoing projects with inbound/outbound communications and routing.
• Log interactions in CRM in real time and follow compliance rules.
