Rytech Restoration is seeking a Client Services Intake and Dispatch Coordinator to be the operational hub from first call to final update. You’ll manage call queues, assign requests to technicians, and keep schedules accurate across multiple systems.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and teammates, entering precise notes and updates and seeking improvements where needed. Based in Kennesaw, GA, this role offers stability within the Fortify umbrella.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service, dispatch, or administrative work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming call queues with empathetic, professional service.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal systems.
• Enter and update assignments, notes, and schedules across multiple platforms.
• Track job status and provide timely updates, including inspections and milestones.
• Follow up on delays or missing information to prevent issues.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and teammates.
• Maintain organized documentation for visibility across the team.
• Identify workflow gaps and flag for improvement.
• Perform other duties to support the team and business.
