• Promote MSC’s sales solutions and assist Field Sales with account retention.
• Maintain proficiency in MSC processes and applications relevant to the role.
• Collaborate across departments using MSC tools (AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce).
• Build relationships to enhance satisfaction and quoting opportunities.
