Job summary

Simon Management Assoc in Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Omnichannel CRM and Email Marketing to lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and Wallet. You will connect 200 Simon centers and Simon's omnichannel initiatives into a single experience, manage the CRM and messaging team, and align with stakeholders to drive customer growth and engagement.

You will oversee lifecycle messaging, onboarding to retention, loyalty journeys, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of lifecycle email marketing or multi-channel CRM experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience leading omnichannel CRM strategy, budget and results at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel CRM strategy and roadmap across email, SMS, push and Wallet.
• Manage CRM budget, technology and agency investments and report ROI to leadership.
• Develop and mentor the CRM and email team, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee loyalty journeys and ensure clear, non-conflicting messages across channels.
• Drive growth of owned audiences through sign-up journeys, opt-ins, and campaigns.
• Lead data personalization strategy and integrate Simon+ data into CRM platform.
• Define KPIs, own dashboards and present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate marketing tech and plan enterprise marketing.
