Job summary

Simon Property Group seeks a Director of Digital Product Management to shape the vision and lifecycle of our digital products across websites, mobile apps, eCommerce, CRM, loyalty programs, and APIs. You will align digital initiatives with physical retail and omni-channel goals, guiding end-to-end development from ideation to launch.

You will lead user research, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver exceptional shopper and partner experiences while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience across multiple digital channels.
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend technologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and long-term strategy for digital offerings.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation to release.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and partners across the organization.
• Manage partner integrations and loyalty programs to improve omni-channel experiences.
