Greenpark, a global digital agency, seeks an Omnichannel Content Director to lead content strategy and delivery for a US client portfolio. You will oversee web and social content—from search-led articles to social-first formats—ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels and AI-enabled workflows.

You will mentor editors, writers and strategists, champion best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ years) leading and developing high-performing content teams.
• Deep expertise across web content and social media, with ability to craft storytelling that performs across websites, social platforms and search.
• Strong grasp of SEO and content for LLM visibility, including structuring content for ranking and AI citation.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, formats, and social search; hands-on with social listening and community tools.
• Fluent omnichannel content planning and strategy, aligning paid, organic, web and social activity.
• Expertise in web, search and social analytics to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience applying AI tools to content workflows and guiding teams through AI adoption; governance is a plus.
• Agency experience across sectors like food & drink, health, beauty, luxury; adaptable tone and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Set up and own omnichannel content strategy for a portfolio of US clients, creating a single narrative across websites, social platforms and AI search.
• Lead the delivery of performance-driven web and social content—articles, product pages, and social-first content—built on search and audience insight.
• Drive client visibility wherever people search, championing GEO/AEO and social search alongside SEO.
• Lead, mentor and grow editors, writers, strategists and social specialists with clear quality standards.
• Champion AI adoption across the content team, embedding tools with governance and upskilling the team.
• Set and govern tone of voice, editorial guidelines and workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Act as senior client partner, presenting strategy and recommendations and contributing to new business.
• Collaborate with Search & Insights, Digital PR, Influencer and Performance Tech teams.
• Stay ahead of developments in search, social platforms and AI, feeding insights into client strategy and Greenpark’s offerings.
