• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and post-production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of content types, from short-form video to motion graphics.
• Passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative content strategies and executions for multiple brands and platforms
• Mentor and guide junior creators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to shape brand storytelling
• Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring creative vision and production quality are met
• Edit and refine content with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific nuances
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
• Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance creative workflows and storytelling
• Uphold and elevate the creative integrity of all content produced
