Distributor Wire & Cable is seeking a strategic yet hands-on content leader who will scale an AI-forward content program across all channels. You will own content strategy, SEO and AI-search, and sales enablement material, guiding agencies and internal teams while maintaining brand coherence.

You will drive multi-channel content, measure impact on pipeline, and ensure fast, high-quality publishing with governance.

Qualifications

• Sales enablement experience: translate technical product detail into effective sales materials.
• Background in instructional or educational content for two audiences.
• Governance experience with approval workflows and sunsetting materials.
• Agency background preferred.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Strategic, data-driven thinker who uses performance data to guide content strategy.
• Experience owning SEO and AI-search (GEO) strategy and measurement.
• Fluent in frontier AI workflows to scale output.
• Strong multi-channel instincts for social, email, and video.
• Strong visual brief for designers; outsourcing complex design.
• Expertise in content production workflows from briefing to QA.
• Proactive operator who avoids being an order-taker.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-project timelines.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Own and evolve strategy across digital and physical channels.
• SEO and AI Search: Own organic/AI-search strategy; measure with GA4.
• Sales Enablement: Create materials that sales reps and distributors can use.
• Collateral Production and Governance: Oversee brochures, decks, and catalogs with governance.
• Agency Direction: Brief agencies for design and video; light in-house design.
• Maintain Brand Coherence and Publishing: Ensure consistent visuals and publish correctly.
• PR Support: Write and track press releases as needed.
• Measure against pipeline: Track ROI and impact and report to leadership.
