Osaic seeks a strategic Director, Content Strategy to define and elevate the company voice across audiences. You will lead enterprise content marketing, steward messaging and thought leadership platforms, and transform business priorities into compelling content that strengthens brand, deepens advisor engagement, and drives growth.

From executive storytelling and flagship events to scalable content frameworks and AI-enabled innovation, you’ll shape how Osaic tells its story and delivers business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing/strategy roles.
• 3+ years leading enterprise content programs or content marketing functions.
• Proven experience developing content strategies that support business growth, audience engagement and brand differentiation.
• Experience developing audience personas or segmentation strategies to guide messaging.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling for executive and client audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership.
• Demonstrated success establishing content governance, editorial processes and measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Osaic's enterprise content marketing strategy, translating business priorities into compelling content.
• Serve as the steward of Osaic's messaging architecture, including brand narrative and audience personas.
• Establish and maintain a strategic content roadmap aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Partner across the enterprise to source, develop, and publish high-impact content.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and campaign teams to bring content strategies to life.
• Lead development of executive thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Build scalable content processes, governance, and editorial frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to align priorities and optimize resources.
• Lead content strategy for flagship advisor events and conferences.
• Provide strategic counsel and messaging guidance to executives and partners.
• Leverage AI to streamline content development and ensure consistent voice.
