Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and boost loyalty through excellent service. You’ll educate customers on products, inspire wardrobes, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience.

Join a fast-paced team focused on helping customers look and feel great while supporting store operations and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Not requiring visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Treat customers and coworkers with respect to foster a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Meet personal goals aligned with store objectives.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute store operations efficiently.
